Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. To avoid damages during transit we give special attention to packaging of the products. Moreover we never charge for oversize products, unlike several other companies.

We use the services of USPS, DHL, UPS and FedEx to ship your order. Through our online system you will be able to track your order with your destination zip code and your order number. And so you can know at any time the exact status. We ship all our international orders through our distributors who are located across the globe. Orders are dispatched to these distributors and from there they are then dispatched to their respective destinations. However all orders within the United States are shipped from California.

You are requested not to accept damaged shipments. Call us immediately if you have discovered a defective product after you have already signed and accepted the shipment. We guarantee you that your order will be will immediately replaced.
