Product's Return Policy

We have an easy and fast product refund policy for our prized customers. So if are not satisfied with our product, please feel free to return it and you will be promptly refunded.

Simply let us know why you want to return the product that you have purchased from us and we will take the necessary steps quickly. Moreover if you have received a wrong shipment of a product, which you did not place an order for, we will either refund you the ordered amount or you will get a prompt replacement of the correct item. Just send it back to us properly wrapped.

Your product will be replaced if you have found it to be defective on receipt. Please deny to accept such a shipment. However, we assure you that these are extremely rare scenarios as all our products are subjected to rigorous quality checks to ensure that they are devoid of defects. And if you have found about the defect after you have already accepted the shipment, do let us know immediately and we will do the needful.

You are allowed to cancel your previous order even after completing the process of customizing it. After cancellation, you can customize a different product, which will then be shipped to you. However in all such cases, we will have to charge you the labor charges for the product that was already customized based on your specifications.
